These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Enterprise Toolkits website, digital products, downloadable files, customer support, and related services.

References to "Enterprise Toolkits," "we," "us," or "our" mean the operator of this website. References to "you" or "user" mean any visitor, purchaser, authorised business user, or person acting for an organisation that uses the website or a toolkit.

By accessing or using the website, submitting an order, downloading a file, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any policies expressly incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy and applicable refund or licensing terms.

If you are using Enterprise Toolkits for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or purchase, download, or use our products.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or contacting us. You are responsible for ensuring that purchases are authorised by the relevant individual or organisation and that billing and delivery details are correct.

Unless the relevant product page or written licence states otherwise, purchasing a toolkit grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one named user or one purchasing business to download, edit, adapt, and use the files for its own legitimate internal business purposes.

The licence does not transfer ownership. You may create internal working documents, procedures, records, reports, presentations, and management materials from the toolkit. A separate multi-user, group, consultant, reseller, or enterprise-wide licence may be required where files will be shared across multiple legal entities, clients, unrelated organisations, or a broad user population.

The website and all original toolkit content, templates, document structures, designs, text, graphics, logos, databases, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Enterprise Toolkits and are protected by copyright, trademark, database, and other intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited licence expressly granted, no right, title, or interest is transferred to you. Enterprise Toolkits names, logos, product names, and visual identity may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or ownership without prior written permission.

You agree to pay the price displayed and accepted at checkout using an authorised payment method. Payment may be processed by a third-party provider under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not normally receive or store complete payment-card details.

Prices, product content, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, displayed prices may exclude taxes, duties, bank charges, exchange-rate costs, or other amounts that apply in your location. You are responsible for taxes and charges that applicable law requires you to pay.

Where an obvious pricing, description, or system error occurs, we may correct the error and offer you the option to confirm the corrected order or receive a refund.

Enterprise Toolkits products are primarily digital. After successful payment and any necessary verification, download access is normally provided immediately or within a short processing period through a confirmation page, email, or customer account.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address, checking spam or security filters, downloading files within any stated access period, and retaining a secure backup. Delivery is complete when access is made available to the details provided with the order.

If a download is missing, incomplete, corrupted, or inaccessible, contact support promptly with the order reference so that we can investigate and provide reasonable assistance.

You must not sell, sublicense, rent, publish, upload to public or shared repositories, distribute to unauthorised persons, remove ownership notices, reverse engineer, systematically extract, or make the original toolkit files available as standalone templates or competing products.

You must not use the website or products for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, discriminatory, or security-compromising activities. Automated scraping, unauthorised access, malware distribution, interference with website operation, and circumvention of technical or licence controls are prohibited.

Reasonable internal sharing of completed or adapted business records may be permitted within the scope of the purchased licence, but the source toolkit and editable master files must remain protected from unauthorised distribution.

Because toolkits are digital products made available for download, cancellation or refund rights may be limited after download access has been supplied, except where mandatory law provides otherwise or the product is materially defective, duplicated, or not delivered as described.

Refund requests must be submitted through contact-us.html with the order details and reason for the request. Eligibility, evidence, processing times, and exclusions are described in returns-refunds.html. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Enterprise Toolkits provides editable management resources intended to support planning, governance, operations, controls, training, and improvement. The materials are general resources and may require substantial adaptation to your organisation, industry, systems, risk profile, contracts, and legal obligations.

Unless expressly stated in writing, the products are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not warrant that a toolkit will satisfy a particular certification, regulator, audit, contract, business objective, or jurisdictional requirement, or that it will be error-free or suitable without professional review.

You are responsible for evaluating, validating, approving, implementing, maintaining, and updating all materials before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enterprise Toolkits and its officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data arising from the website or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from a particular order or event will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected product during the twelve months preceding the event, except where applicable law requires a different remedy or prohibits that limitation.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Unless mandatory consumer or other local law provides otherwise, these Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Before starting formal proceedings, both parties should attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute by contacting the other party with sufficient details and allowing a reasonable response period. Subject to mandatory rights, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective or last-updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, email, or another appropriate method.

The Terms in force when you place an order generally apply to that order, while updated website-use terms apply from their stated effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised website-use terms to the extent permitted by law.
